All quotations and sales contracts issued by Hebei Yajiada Import and Export Co., LTD are governed by Incoterms 2020 (ICC publication 723E) and Chinese export regulations. Full terms below.

Quotation validity

30 days from issue date. Prices in USD/EUR/RMB based on Incoterm chosen. Payment terms: T/T 30% deposit + 70% before shipment, or L/C at sight for orders ≥ USD 50,000.

Quality & Inspection

Mill Test Certificate EN 10204 3.1 included with every shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TÜV) welcomed at buyer's cost. Witness inspection available at our Cangzhou workshop.

Delivery

Lead time 30-45 days for standard sizes, 60-75 days for large-bore ASME B16.47. Force majeure per ICC standard clause.

ASME B16.5 · B16.47 · B16.36 · EN 1092-1 · JIS B2220 · GOST 12820 · HG/T 20592 · BS 4504. PED 2014/68/EU Module H certification covers EU exports.

Disputes

Cangzhou People's Court has jurisdiction. Arbitration via China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) optional.
